Symptom: A person (often a member of staff) has tenant keys assigned to them, but these keys are no longer managed by your business
About this problem: This often occurs when a member of staff forgets to click "return to owner" when issuing keys and instead clicks on "Long Term issue.
How to fix it: You'll need to sign the keys back in, and then click "Return to Owner"

Step by Step - Click on the pictures to see a larger version
1. Click on the Key ring that you wish to remove |

2. Click Sign in to sign the key in manually |
|
3. Complete the sign-in |
|
4. You can click cancel if asked to assign a fob, since you no longer control the key. |
|
5. Now click Return to Owner |
|
6. Complete the returnm to owner process by adding in the person that the key went to, and click Submit |
|
7. Your key is now archived. |
